very unprofessional. charged a very high price for the quality of work performed. took their fans out after four days and told me there was nothing else that could be done. i didnt know any better so i took them at their word. my insurance adjuster came out and told me that they shouldve pulled up the vinyl floor and the sub floor to make sure the hardwood under the sub floor was dry, i had to hire another company to come out and do this then rent fans for another three days. i got the invoice in on thursday the 14th, called to talk with ryan on the 15th and never recieved a call. i posted my concerns through my account on a google review which he came back an lied about their work, then accused me of not paying the bill when i had just gotten the invoice. he then had the review taken off. the account has been paid in full today and we will see if he has the justification to take this one down. once again steer clear...very unprofessional.
