        NEVER let this american eagle place an order for you!! I was going to order online, but they talked me into letting them do it for me. They confirmed all my info addresses, etc. Only to send my order to the WRONG address, which i only found out when I checked my confirmation email! Might I also add it wasn't like it was the next town over, but 6 HOURS away!! I called the store after checking my email, and of course, there was nothing they could do since it was an online order, so I called customer service only to have them tell me I have to wait for the package to be delivered, so i waited 5+ days. Now I have to wait another 2-3 WEEKS for my return check! My order was for over $100! So yea, never let them place an order for you

        BEST, MOST HELPFUL STAFF, ever DILEMMASno jeans, in a certain style, left to order or buy that my granddaughter wanted for her 18th birthday. JESS, a very efficient and kind young lady spent so much time on the phone with me ( I am unable to shop due to handicap) . When Jess exhausted all, she asked Sean, the manager to assist. He was the BEST. He found the jeans. Another color, but the only ones in the USA in that style! Wow. Thanks to Sean and Jess and this store, our granddaughter has her jeans. Thank you for helping me make a young lady so happy.
