        So you're only open 10 to 4 now, you have hardly any branches anymore to walk into. I still can't get my legal name changed because something that takes literally 5 minutes and I've gone into a branch 5 times to do,I was told I need to wait over 3 hours each time. Then you tell someone in the reviews who says they want to do things in person and not online to reach out to the social media team!? How incompetent are you???!! Apparently a lot! BY THE WAY, YOUR HOURS ARE WRONG ON THE WEBSITE! YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHANGE THEM SINCE NO ONE WANTS TO WORK A NORMAL 9 TO 5 ANYMORE!

        I dont advise banking with Bank of America. the last two times that I have deposited a check.. it has been held for 7 days even though the teller and my account told me that it would be available in 24-48 hours. As soon as my money hits, Im closing the account and never looking back. Do not open an account here.
