I am Danny Burns (Amanda Burns is my wife). I want to take just a moment to share with you my thoughts about PRECISE DENT REPAIR in Tyler, Texas. Honestly, prior to this experience, I had not ever heard of this business, but a good friend recommended them after my truck got "beat up" in the hailstorm of Feb 11, 2024. Most who will read this don't know me, so let me tell you that I am not the type person who flippantly passes around compliments, and, to be honest, I am difficult to impress. I am "old school" when it comes to customer service and work ethic, as well as professionalism and integrity. That being said, PRECISE DENT REPAIR is simply incredible, locally owned and operated by Juan and Jessica Barrera. The Barrera's are a BEAUTIFUL young couple with a young family, and their goal is to TAKE CARE of their customers. Jessica handles the paperwork and dealing with insurance companies while Juan heads the repair crew. I won't go into all the details of our "story" dealing with our insurance company (we will be changing companies as soon as our current policy expires!), but I will tell you that JESSICA absolutely HANDLED the issues we faced. She is an absolute ROCK STAR!!! Listening to her "handle" business, I knew I was in the presence of a person with genuine integrity, genuine honesty, and genuine kindness, as well as GREAT strength! Just a GOOD PERSON!!! A true "gem". I don't know if I could be more impressed... Juan and his crew made my truck look like it was brand new, which blew my mind (it was a HOT MESS after that hail storm!). Their attention to DETAIL is simply "2nd to none". My truck actually looks better NOW than it did the day I bought it! Just a superior job all the way around. A business is only as good as its people, and PRECISE DENT REPAIR is "top tier". Juan and Jessica have renewed my "hope" for the future of our community. Young, ambitious, HONEST, hard working, CARING, and genuinely KIND people are a rarity in today's world...but we HAVE it here with this couple. I consider it an HONOR to recommend this couple and their business to any and all who are in need of their services. Respectfully submitted, Danny Burns

We had a great experience having the hail damage repaired on our vehicle! Not only did they do a great job fixing the damage, they were very friendly, professional and communicated very well with each step of the process! Great customer service! Highly recommend!!

100/10 My car suffered from hail damage so I took my car to Precise Dent Repair because I read good reviews about this place. Juan and team really did a superb job!! My car looks brand new after 2 weeks. I appreciate Jessica for always updating me throughout the insurance process. I have never experienced such quality customer service, attention to detail, and knowledgeable repair work in my life. Thank you precise dent repair! You are top notch!

10/10 service, absolutely would recommend Precise Dent Repair a hundred times over to anyone needing their services. Entire staff was friendly and amazing. They did an excellent job repairing my Miata after the hail storm. Honestly couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out -- surpassed my expectations! They worked with my insurance, provided updates on status, and repaired my car quickly (especially considering how many cars they had to service from the storm!!)
