Made an appointment at the Champions Clinic because I was on that side of town for most of the day. Got there with cash in hand - they dont take cash. Walked into this location which is closest to my home after coming all the way back here and rearranging my day to get my Care Credit card. They dont take that either. It doesnt say anywhere on their website or in the office what payment methods they do and do not accept, and the fact that they wont take cash or CC is absolute bullish!t.

Joy was amazing! We had an equipment issue, she and I visited as she worked through the issue. She gave me some inspiration. Thanks Joy!!!!

The care received is good and the wait time is minimal. However they recently over charged on our co-pay and we are struggling to resolve the matter. Two previous appointments were properly billed. Perplexed!

Expect to pay FULL PRICE or not be seen if their system or front desk dont try to verify your insurance. I have insurance with a copay for urgent care and they wanted me to pay FullPrice bc they couldnt figure out how to enter my insurance. Had the insurance on the phone and had them speak to office and still they wanted me to pay self pay. Wont be coming back here again.
