    We have had pool companies throughout the years maintaining our pool. However, I must say Sutton Pools so far has been the best yet. Shannon spends time making sure our pool is left in great condition. He also has taken the time to fix a broken basket giving us time to purchase a new one. The ease of communication has been much appreciated. This is definitely a company that takes pride in their service, and we are so thankful to have found them!     I recently bought a new house and had Doug come and give me and estimate on weekly pool cleaning and maintenance, I'm glad i did. This team is great. Mathew, the pool cleaner technician, is great. He's always on time and knows the balance of all the chemicals that my pool needs. Hes always very personable and easy to talk to if i have any questions. He will also let me know what i can do to keep the pool clean during the week and what the water level should be at. He even brings treats each week for my dogs. I recommend Sutton Pools for your cleaning and pool equipment service. Services: Cleaning, General repairs & maintenance

    I was having issues with my pool equipment installed by another company and was given Dougs name a company. After he looked at my pool and equipment he quoted me 5,442 to repair the equipment. After moving forward with the job he had one of his guys come and work on the equipment and got working that day with minimal parts. I should say that the quote included a lot valve and other equipment and labor that was not utilized as the repairs were not as bad as initially thought. After speaking with Doug he said he would send me a revise invoice with the updated pricing but to this day (4 months later ) I neveros received it. I had paid him the initial deposit of 3,400 which in all honesty covered and then some for the work done. A month later he ran my credit card for the remaining 2k without telling me and gave the excuse that his office staff ran it in error. After several conversations and text exchanges he agreed to refund me back the 2k and said he would mail me a check which he never sent. I tried reaching out to him several times but my calls were ignored. I decided to fight the charges with my credit card company and was able to get the 2k back but with no help from him. Lesson learned, Watch out for scrupulous people out there. Service: General repairs & maintenance

    Sutton pools came and fixed a leak on my pool pump (which I paid over $700 for at the time), the job was done fine but we were unable to get the trap lid open afterwards, no matter what it was super stuck so we called Sutton pools to come out and get the lid off since they had it on so tight after repair. Their man came and was unable to remove trap lid either, matter of fact their guy actually broke the lid trying to get it off. They then sent another guy to break it off and replace broken lid. Two days later they charged me over $500 without my approval or even my knowledge. They have the responsibility to fix what they broke and take responsibilities for their repairs without sneaking a huge charge on me. Then, Doug, I guess the manager called and was very rude on the phone and threatened me that he was coming to my house to undo all the repairs. Terrible terrible experience, never again and now I have to try and get my card information changed since they just run charges without telling me. I AM VERY SORRY I EVER GAVE THEM MY DEBIT CARD INFO!! I AM INCLUDING OTHERS THAT HAVE HAD THIS SAME EXPERIENCE BELOW, PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTS SO YOU DO'T GET SCAMMED ALSO. !!!!!!!!!!!!! I am adding a comment after seeing the owners response, I know he is upset at my review but he is lying, This is the FIRST TIME I have ever used Sutton pools and I have never ran up a bill for him. He is trying to take away the credits of my review by lying. None of that is true, he never spoke to my husband, he never told us he was charging us for him to fix what they broke, have never had my authorization for the charge, never warned us about any damage. He guy broke it trying to get it off because they put it on too tight to begin with, there was not warning, lol. I know it is easy to tell straight up lies to cover yourself but the person reading this review has to make up their own mind, who benefits here by lying, NOT ME, I am trying to save others the nightmare and have no reason to lie. I have reported him to the BBB and to card fraud with all the facts and the dates with proof. He is the only one who benefits from lying. First, allow me to apologize that your experience with SPI was not what you expected. Secondly, let me share ALL the facts that you failed to mention while leaving your review and trying to make yourself out to be the “victim.” We have dealt with you for years concerning your pool and I must say, you are the service company’s nightmare. You have always tried to get out of paying for things, or you would call in for service, run up a $1000 bill and then tell us you cannot pay it all and need to make payments of $50 monthly until it is paid for, instead of making it known UP FRONT that you could not pay for the service you were asking us to do. We are a business Ms. Carlyle, and we are trying to run a company to provide for our families and our futures. We DO NOT WORK FOR FREE. Apparently, you think you are an exception to the rule being as though you are always trying to get out of paying for parts and services rendered. The FACTS of this review are your husband called and said he needed us out to remove the pump basket lid from the pump because you had tightened it so tight, he could not remove it. We sent a tech out there and did not charge you for it. When the tech did what YOU asked him to do after you were warned it would break the lid, he did it and it did break the lid. The office called your husband, informed him of what had to be done and what the cost could be. Your husband approved the work and provided his credit card number so we could schedule the call. He was also informed that we will email an invoice and charge his card once the work was complete – as has been our policy for 20 years. HE APPROVED THE WORK. We sent another tech out to remove the lid and install a new one. It took him over two hours to remove the lid while being careful not to damage the pump housing. He finally removed the lid, installed a new lid, lid O-ring, and basket. The work was completed as described to your husband, you were billed, and his credit card charged – absolutely no deviation whatsoever from what was explained and told to your husband. When you saw charge, you called in and left a voicemail. I called you back and you were extremely rude on the phone while yelling and telling me your account now has a negative balance because we billed you and charged your husband’s credit card, exactly what we told him we were going to do before services were rendered. I was not listening to your yelling, cursing and your racists remarks about my employee who came out to do the work the second time so yes, I hung up on you.
