Storage at youre own risk. They have zero
lability for customers property if stolen or vandalized. This storage facility would be ideal if the company invested cameras, gates, and better concealment from neighboring properties.

We stored our RV at this facility for approximately 2 years. We bought some land and my husband gave sufficient notice to the staff with an approximate date that we would no longer need to store it there. He was told we would be prorated for the rest of the month and no longer charged. Well, we were not prorated and our debit card was charged for the monthly fee! I called the office and was informed the staff whom said they never got the message, but they would stop the automatic debit and return our money! This was about 2 months ago. I've called several times requesting our refund and have spoken with almost all of the staff as well as the manager (Ashley). I was told if the money was not debited back into our account in about 5- 7 business days they would send me a check in the mail. The last time I spoke with the manager about 2 weeks ago she asked for my forwarding address and said she would mail the refund, she said it would take about 1-2 business days for me to receive it, that was about 2 weeks ago! Now my calls are going to voicemail. This is a warning to any potential customers, they will automatic debit your money monthly, but when it's time to pay up for services not rendered they will lie and hide. I will not stop here, my next stop will be to inform the BBB!
