Justin and Randy were on top of everything during this process. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The crew showed up on time and got to work. They did an excellent job on the roof and cleaning up after they were done. There was a minor issue that night (which turned out to be my fault) but at 8pm Justin was on top of things making sure the issue was resolved. I would very highly recommend this company. A big thank you to Justin and the crew for installation of a new roof and 2 downspouts. This was an insurance claim due to hail damage. Best roofing company ! I had another roofer come out, and I was not comfortable with the way they operated. Then I found kirtley and it was a game changer, they spent all the time explaining to me and answering every question I had. Every process was simple from getting a quote to scheduling to getting the job done was as smooth as you want it to be ! Will definitely use again at my future home and will recommend to my family.
