If you say anything about the mold growth in one of the apartment complex they own they will retaliate. I have been living in an apartment with mold for 5 years and they refuse to do anything other than yell at you and tell you to break the lease. Mold grows in all AC units and the maintenance doesn't clean them like AC tech maintain them to keep it from growing mold....my children and I have been having severe medical issues from it.

I pray they find better workers, the continuous revolving door they have with staff makes it hard to even get to know anyones name. But theyre hiring rude workers with little to no experience and no customer service skills whatsoever. Ive been trying to get in contact with greater coastal concerning my issues and they keep sending me to a voicemail. A voicemail thats mostly full when I call and when you try to leave a voicemail you never get a call back.

I would not give it any stars it just lets let me put one star. I am having a very serious problem with one of the property managers of this company. The apartment complex I live in that is owned by Greater Coastal Management forced me out of my apartment complex only because her little ego, pride, lack of understanding and compassion didnt want to except my partial payments and used to that run me out of my apartment. I told her the situation I am and still didnt have a heart to give me a chance to pay my rent in partial payments like I did before. I have a one year old baby and we have no where to go. Ive been here in these apartments for 5 years and not even that she cares!! I called management at greater coastal and left a message to Brenda and no one has had the decency to call me back and ask me whats going on. I will be forced to report this to the property housing authority if I dont get anyone to call me back and understand my situation and something is done about that manager. I am not the only tenant having issues with this person in the office. I have people that can pledge and come forward with the same issues or other problems. I am being charged for some things in my apartment that the apartment complex needs to pay and did not me. Unless shes the one ripping us off and staying with the money. I need to hear from someone in upper management not Brenda because I spoke to her before about an issue I was having and nothing was done at all it was like she didnt care and left it to the property manager at my apartment complex. There are bed bugs and roaches in the apartments because some tenants have complained and personally have told me. If this issue isnt solved I will call the city of Houston and health services. I just need to speak to someone in the management department like the CEO or owner someone who will listen to me.
