I love my Hoa (Preferred Management Services) I have never had a bad experience with them, as a matter of fact I have had several good experiences with them, my application for walkway improvement was approved within 2 weeks, I see many bad reviews, but I don't understand.

I am writing to inform you of the numerous complaints and evidence of abusive and harassing behavior by Preferred Management HOA. As a resident and a member of the community, I am deeply concerned by the continuous pattern of misconduct displayed by your organization towards the residents. Repetitive harassment and abusive behavior directly impacting health of the current residents in the community. It has come to our attention that this HOA has a proven track record of harassing community residents its supposed to care, and implementing stringent and unreasonable rules without proper justification. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues, this HOA has failed to take appropriate action and continues to act in an irresponsible and unethical manner. This letter serves as a formal notice that if the HOA does not cease its abusive and harassing practices towards the residents, legal action will be pursued. Get ready for Class Action Lawsuit, Board Members included. We as a legal team are prepared to file a lawsuit ProBono against Preferred Management for its misconduct and demand justice for the current and past residents who have been victimized by this organization for way too long. We urge the HOA to immediately review its policies and practices, and make necessary changes to ensure a fair and respectful environment for all residents. Failure to do so will result in legal consequences for the HOA and those responsible for the ongoing misconduct. We trust that the HOA will take this matter seriously and take immediate action to rectify the situation. We are prepared to pursue all available legal options to hold Preferred Management accountable for its actions and protect the rights and well-being of the residents. We have been meticulously monitoring your actions and find them to be flagrantly unethical and in clear violation of the law. I strongly advise against further tampering with your ***** in the name of HOA practices, as our legal department will not hesitate to pursue aggressive action against any individuals found to be engaging in fraudulent activities.

Preferred Management recently switched over to a new accounting system and figured out there are outstanding balances from 8+ yrs back. In 8+ yrs no Invoices, Account Statements, or Delinquency letters were received of any outstanding balances; only annual booklets showing no outstanding balances. For 8+ yrs the balance has been incurring Penalties & Interests. Preferred Management won't take any accountability even though by law Preferred Management must send at least a yearly letter. Had Preferred Management sent out quarterly or even yearly Account Statements; I could have avoided 8+ yrs of Penalties & Interests! I'm sure I can't be the only person in their management portfolio with this problem. This type of mismanagement & lack of accountability can surely cost someone their home, especially those on a fixed income. I hope that any subdivision community looking for a management company for their HOA, looks elsewhere. The shoe could just as easily been on the other foot and this can happen to anyone. I hope that upper management especially looks into the Tomball Tx location. In the meantime, I intend to file several complaints with the state so there is an audit of this company's illegal practices.

They do not return your call even if you leave hundreds of messages!!!!payment is auto draft and still getting late fees!!!Paid someones account by mistake with the new payment method they have,and they could not help!!!!horrible service!!!negative 5 stars for yall!!!
