They send paperwork dated Dec 6 2023 that doesnt arrive till Dec 23, 2023 with a Re inspection date of Dec 28, 2023. Enforcement of policies are selective at best, and after months of no enforcement at all the first letter I get is a final notice. Total joke of a company.

Didnt even get a letter for final notice. Had to log into to see they were threatening with court. Try calling, no answer.

This Management company is contracted by our HOA and provides poor service. The neighborhood representative Cassidy is uncourteous towards homeowners and often never responds to emails. The president owner and vice-president spouse are equally as rude towards homeowners; they show no respect or value when dealing with us homeowners. Seems to have forgotten the very customers they serve and whose dues actually pays them. If you love your community and want great customer service do not do business with this property mgmt. company.
