Our toilet clogged up on the morning of New Year's Eve so we didn't really expect anyone to come out on that day. However, James showed up that evening and worked until he resolved the issue. He explained what he was doing and what he thought was wrong and he didn't quit until we were up and running again. I cannot speak highly enough about Aaron. He was the SEVENTH plumbing company we had at our home since August. We have gone without hot water since August in our showers/tubs. Every other company said it was this part or that part, and that the brand new water heater was bad. All of this back and forth cost us thousands. Aaron came and within an hour realized that during a summer bathroom remodel a valve had not been incorrectly configured and he had to do a simple and quick flip of a part. We now have a steaming hot bathtub of water. We feel like it's a miracle at this point. We are so grateful for Edmonds and Aaron. Thank you!!! Service: Water heater repair
