Daniels Plumbing

I had Daniel's plumbing out to replace an old tank water heater with a tankless. The new water heater works perfectly, however installation was sub-professional. I lived with that since it was a last minute need due to the old tank rupturing, however they have now charged me twice and REFUSE to respond to my emails requesting this be resolved. I have been charged $5200 and $5000 totalling $10200 for a $5k install (mind you could have been cheaper and better installed elsewhere, but again, I needed it last minute and paid for that convenience) While I accepted paying $5000, I can not believe that they have double charged me and refuse to correct the issue. I have filed chargeback and BBB complaint and this has been ongoing since September. Use caution before dealing with this company! Service: Boiler installation

I was trying to close on my house today but had a plumbing issue. Called Daniel's plumbing at 3:30pm yesterday and they scheduled me for the first appointment today. Brice arrived and was courteous and very knowledgeable. Had every opportunity to take me to the cleaners but diagnosed and fixed a simple issue for free. I recommend this company (and Brice). We closed on the house at 1pm today! Thanks.

Hired Daniels plumbing to come out and install a toilet that was removed by tile company (Floors for Living). First plumber they sent out told us that the tile company had partially tiled over the flange and they needed to come back out. He told us they had pushed the flange down to install tile over the edge. Had flooring company out to fix tile. Second plumber (from Daniels plumbing) came out and said the flange was damaged, and would be approximately $600 to fix. Told us to contact the tile company to have them fix it. Tile company is now asking for the plumbers to put it in writing and they will cover the cost. Daniels plumbing is unwilling to stand behind their plumbers opinion, and will not back us up to the tile company. Now we are out $600 because they are not confident enough to stand behind their "professional" opinion on why the toilet cannot be reinstalled. Will NOT be hiring them to fix the issue and install the toilet. Will be finding a company that is confident enough to stand behind their own installers opinions. Service: Toilet installation

Tanner, from Daniels plumbing, came to my home and diagnosed and fixed a really puzzling problem I had with one of our showers. We had that shower's cartridge replaced previously and it tested out fine. But when my son tried to take a shower longer than the test we did after the new cartridge installation the water went from hot to cold after a couple of minutes. All other showers in the house continued to work fine and put out hot water as long as anyone needed, so the tankless water heater was working fine and was not the problem. Fortunately, Tanner has expertise in Tankless water heaters as well as the plumbing inside the house. He thought that the shower head might be causing back pressure to the tankless water heater and that could be causing the heater to cut down its service. Tanner saved me from buying new shower hardware by removing an internal water flow inhibitor from my shower head. Every thing worked perfectly after that. I would recommend Daniel's plumbing because of Tanner's work and other previous work that Daniel's plumbing has done for us over the past three years. Service: Shower repair
