Steve and his team (Helen and Philip included) worked extremely expediently and diligently throughout our mortgage refinancing process, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic nonetheless. As first-timers to the whole refinancing process, Steve made sure we were made aware of all the relevant steps in the process including document gathering, credit checks, etc. His daily updates on the latest movements in interest rates ultimately helped us lock in a great lower mortgage rate on a shorter term mortgage. A meeting with a notary at our home was arranged in order to get all the required documents signed within the confines of our own home. The whole process was so much easier and less painful than we expected. Can't recommend Steve and his team enough! Get in on the low rates while they're still around!
