Shipley Do-Nuts

Ordered a sausage cheese and jalapeo kolache. Unfortunately it was a HOT DOG kolache. Very disappointing. Very big difference between a sausage and hot dog. Just say it's a hot dog kolache instead of falsely advertising as sausage. Nasty and cheaply made.

Kolaches and donuts were very poor quality... Tasted like they were several days old. Very disappointed.

My family and kids used to love this place as we made a tradition of getting donuts every Saturday morning for breakfast. However, after this recent experience, we wont be back. I went through the drive thru like I normally do and ordered one dozen mixed donuts. After doing so, I picked my assortment. Upon receiving my donuts and the receipt, I noticed that the price was more than it normally is for my order. I asked the young employee about it, and she told me that she had to charge me for each donut and to pick my donuts I would just have to go in the store next time. So instead of $11.99, they charged me $14.99. Why would I be charged more for picking the mix that I wanted? I did not include any specialty donuts. I parked and went into the store to try to resolve the matter. The same employee rudely stated, I already told you it will have to be next time. I asked to speak to the manager, who also wasnt helpful. At that point, I asked for a refund and left. Very poor customer service.
