    I was on the search for a new PCP but this place is incredibly disorganized. My initial appt felt rushed because they over scheduled - bad way to start off but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now, I have tried calling over 15 times to get results and I cannot get ahold of anybody. They need more staff or something. I will say that the workers there were polite, its nothing against them its just the way they operate the business.

    Staff is amazing, they answer the phone in a timely manner, very clean facility, they listen to your concerns and genuinely seem to care. I've always disliked going to the doctor since I was a kid so am always nervous when I have to go, but I am Less nervous going there. Lol. Thank y'all, keep up the great work!

    I have been going here for over 15yrs. Dr. DiTeresa was my original doctor. He passed a few years ago. I'm now seeing Maria Le Mond NP. I'm very happy with her, she is easy to talk with, and she listens. Over all I give Hometown an A+ Give them a try.

    I started coming to this facility in December of 2023. I made one appointment in which I had to pay a $50 copay just for no one to know whats going on and has no clue of where my paper chart is that provides all of my medical history. I took a lab test to receive specific results and they were sent for the wrong testing even though Peighton the receptionist stated that the notes were left in my file from the doctor on what the test needed to be sent for. I had to take off of work, miss out on money to go back in for testing a second time. After speaking with Peighton regarding this issue she stated that everything was taken care of and that she would make sure that my test got sent for the right results the second time around. Unfortunately, that didnt happen. So now I am very frustrated because I will have to return for a third time with the possibility of the test being sent for the wrong results once more. Since then I have not heard back from Peighton it seems like they are always changing out their employees because they are very unorganized and has no idea of whats going. Every-time I call I get told that I will receive a call back the next day or that someone is supposedly looking into my situation. If I dont call them, days and weeks will go by that no one ever reached back out. Recently I have been talking to Sam and I am not sure what department he is in but he has been acting as if he can help me but so far I havent seen any progress. He told me that he had to find my chart first to see whats going on. At this point I am ready to switch and try another facility because this is very frustrating and very stressful because we are talking about my HEALTH! Its absurd how it seems as if no one at this facility cares about their patients. I have never had such a horrible experience with a healthcare facility, if you can find someone else to provide you with your health care needs I would recommend going elsewhere because you wont get much accomplished here.
