My service I received from Apex Heating & Air Conditioning was awesome. From top to bottom it was great! I had urgent problems with my furnace and they scheduled a technician to arrive the same morning, and he corrected numerous problems for a very fair price. I am totally impressed and would recommend them to all of my friends and family!

I contacted Apex Heating & Air Conditioning to get some preliminary estimates and info about replacing or repairing the very old wall units in my apartment. Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and a very clear communicator! Unfortunately I found my building management has a different vendor I may need to use but I would definitely consider hiring them.

I've used Apex Heating & Air Conditioning over the years for all of my heating and cooling needs. They helped with the upkeep of an aging unit, installation of a new replacement unit and ongoing maintenance for the new unit. Everyone has been very professional, on time and informative. The customer service is very responsive. I highly recommend them!

James is an efficient technician and politely explains everything he's doing. He explains to me his findings as he works on our HVAC and the heat pump water heater. His skills are excellent and his communication is outstanding.Will highly recommend.
