We went in once and Jeff wasnt very helpful at all. My realtor and I have also tried to reach out and email several times and stopped by. Jeff isnt there nor does he answer his calls. He doesnt reply emails or texts. He also doesnt post the homes available for sale online. Not sure how he is the sales home consultant if he isnt doing much of his job. Very disappointing and makes Chesmar Homes look very unprofessional. We wanted to get info to build a home but ended up going elsewhere due to this customer service.
