!st Choice Roofing Company built for me a fantastic roof, with all the warranties that give a home owner the very peace of mind. When we experienced a wind storm in our neighborhood that damaged my roof and other structures, Mr. Michael Gaitan, current project manager, and his team voluntarily offered to assess the extent of my damage. This they did and offered me the necessary advice. They helped me take detail photographs which became very useful later on. This company's customer service was very pleasant. Today, I have a new roof to be proud of because of the professional guidance and assistance provided to me by its staff. They worked with my insurance company to provide me with the maximum benefits. They were very patient and kept their promises at every stage of the roofing process. The speed with which they accomplished their tasks was unparalleled.

We asked for estimates from different companies to replace the roof. Nick Chavez from 1st Choice Roofing was very quick with his responses answering any questions within minutes (we used WhatsApp, emails, and phone). He came quickly to inspect the roof and protected the area that was leaking with a tarp temporarily. The estimates that he gave us were on par with the other companies, however the speed at which answered, the openness and transparency, the offer to protect the roof with a tarp, and the overall professionalism, helped us choose 1st Roofing over the others. The work was done on time, as promised. No issues at all. As far as how good the job is... I'll give you an update in 20 years :-) LOL. I highly recommend Nick and 1st roofing!

I just recently had to replace my roof and 1st Choice made it incredibly easy. Nick, specifically, was great! I'm currently not in the country, and he was more than willing to go through my family while also using Whatsapp to directly communicate with me. He kept me updated on the process, was very thorough and clear with his answers and more importantly was really timely with everything. When you have a leak, time is important, and a different company didn't even give us their quote back until AFTER the roof was already replaced. My housemates were also really happy with the process. There was minimal disruption, and the cleanup was really thorough. Nick was a really great communicator from first leak to drywall repair, they even provide photos. I'd definitely recommend them for anything from small patch jobs to total roof replacement.
