Ive kept my trailer here now for about 8 months and havent had an issue. The owner is very easy to deal with as well, nice guy.

We rented a spot late last year during a family emergency. We made him aware on day 1 that we only needed the spot for 30 days, basically giving him the required 30 day notice. When we arrived to park the rv, the spot number he gave us was taken. No big deal. He quickly gave us another spot to occupy instead. At the end of the 30 days, we let him know we were done. He then said we had to give a 30 day notice. We reminded him we did give the 30 day notice on day 1. He finally remembered. Bc he didn't change our spot number from the 1st mix up, (and that person was still occupying it) we continued to be charged for another 4 to 5 mths. We brought this to his attention. He said he would refund the money and to let him know if we didn't see it come thru in another month or so. We reached back out to let him know we still had not seen a refund, but got no response. So I paid for a spot for 4 to 5 mths that I didnt even use.
