Chase Bank

Went to open an account and was refused by some lady. It was 4:45pm and they said they close at 5:00pm and cant help me today. If a business is open til 5:00pm they should help a customer that walks in at 4:45pm I would think? Not getting my business here

Its very convenient to have near where I live! I work as a server and get my tips in cash at the end of every night, and I just run by the atm before I get home to deposit everything. Usually everything runs smoothly, only been one or two times where one the atms are down for whatever reason. Ive never had a real problem with this place overall. The bank is works as a bank.

My experience at this branch started off on the wrong foot. Not only did they not open on time and have everyone in the heat waiting. We were not able to do a walk in appointment to get a form notarized (which is understandable) but the manager tried to tell me that they do not do not do the notary.. Most of our customers go across the street is what we were told instead. Punctuality matters.. and lying may not be the best practice for your branch thanks for the help
