Stopped by on a Saturday and Joe took the car in and got it fixed up. They even stayed late and got the alignment done. They did a great job keeping me informed and updated.

When I got there, I was told that, in the future, not to buy Groupon and that they price match. That is nice. I was also told that my Groupon didn't cover the extra quart of oil my car needs, which is fine. And, as far as I can tell, the work was completed satisfactorily. However, I booked an appointment for 9am. I arrived at about 8:55. At the 90 minute mark, I was brought my air filters (of course). I don't think I have ever had to wait 90 minutes for any service I've booked an appointment for in the 20 years I've been maintaining a car. Then to add insult to injury, I was charged a "shop supply fee" that should have been included in the Groupon. Nor was I told about the fee before I was charged (I assumed I was being overcharged for the oil). The lack of transparency is just unprofessional. Bonus: while I was there, I heard a man arguing with them about damage done to a vehicle after work should have been completed two weeks prior and another woman who had to come back after work wasn't completed on time.

This Midas was great as the were efficient and gave a very competitive rate on the work they provided. It was a bit of a drive but worth it. Ask for Alex, he was pleasant to work with and provides excellent customer service. Id recommend coming here if youre looking for a mechanics shop.
