        Being in an accident and dealing with being without a vehicle while yours is being repaired is so stressful. Thanks to Gena, she really made me feel like a priority and as if my situation was just as important to her as it was for me. Her knowledge, patience, and positive attitude honestly made this stressful experience a pleasant one. Gena's communication skills and ability to quickly respond is the best.
