All the staff are awesome and Michael went above and beyond from taking care of the insurance to the delivery of my vehicle. I was updated every step of the way & my car looks brand new again and I got it back earlier than expected . They have ordered my headlights wrong 2 times and when I went to pick up my van, I paid my deductible, then Rick told me that my car was cleaned already. He made it sound like he did a favor for me, but instead, when I went out to my car it was dirty as heck inside and out. They literally tore up my car inside from the glove compartment; the owners manual is out to the middle seat in the van, everything in my middle consul was taken out and gone through. My little container with all my coins of quarter, dime, nickels and pennies they took every single penny out of there and I had about $10-$12 of change. I had a few of my red envelopes from Luna new year with $1 or $2 in them and the mechanics there took them all and tear the envelopes in half. I was very disappointing of how dirty my car was inside and how Tear A Part it was. I called and talk to the lady there and she told me that the manager will call me back tomorrow and I have waited for three days and still no one called me. service sucks. Definitely Im not going back.
