We had to purchase a brand new dryer out of pocket because they would not inform the warranty company that the appliance needed to be replaced after coming out twice and paying a service fee for each visit. The dryer vent had been cleaned out as well as the old dryer. It was clear the 10 year old machine had reached it limit. I am very happy with my new dryer but I wish I would've been able to have the warranty cover the cost of it. This was such an inconvenient and long process. Service: Dryer repair

The contractor was assigned thru our warranty company to inspect the cooktop. Per our discussion they told us to get authorization for repair or replacement. Later they just lied and updated the warranty company the burners were full of grease. Now the warranty company declines and we have no option to inspect thru another contractor. Not sure how long the company will survive cheating the end customers and helping the warranty company.
