Willow Creek Apartments

We've been here since 2022 and we love the management/office staff, and the maintenance crew. Especially Ray! Not only do they come quickly when we need anything repaired, Ray was driving through one morning and stopped to help me scrape the ice off my windshield! Such a genuinely caring guy! I appreciate him and everyone here. The property manager and everyone up front have been helpful and gracious whenever we need them for anything at all. Large packages get left up there that don't fit into the lockers, they handle that! They answer questions quickly. They inform us of any changes or issues. Yes, amenities matter and the pool is beautiful but the PEOPLE make or break a place. Our time living here has been great!! Thank you.

Ive lived here for a couple months and I really enjoy the complex. The complex remains clean, I feel safe and they have a dog park for my pup so thats a plus! Literally yesterday, our washer gave out and was grinding, making terrible noise and moving around. This is also happening during the freeze, so I didnt expect it to get fixed till next week. Not all! A gentleman named Ray from maintenance came today and completely replaced our washing machine. He was so sweet and an absolute gem of a human being! I cannot believe how quickly my work order was completed! Thank you again Ray, youre the man

I've been living here for 3 years now and I absolutely love it. Staff is amazing!! They are always kind and courteous!! Anytime I have a service request it is handed promptly and diligently. Thank you Allie and Christina!! Ive been living here for over 6 years now. In that time period staff has changed and they are absolutely fantastic!! Thank you Channing, Kaitlyn & Ray! You are all appreciated
