I was really nervous about my mothers first medical transport trip to the since returning home, but I was put at ease immediately when the driver arrived. Love this service. Marco was great! I can personally attest to the level of excellence of NW as not only an employee, but also as a patient that received exceptional care. While on duty, I experienced my own medical emergency. I was personally and medically treated by my own coworkers at the same first-class level of care expected and experienced from NWEMS as the community of Tomball.

I have never had to call an ambulance before but when I did a week ago, even with the severe pain I was in I was very aware of how my daughter and myself were treated. People that do that as a career need to like their job and try and be sympathetic to their patients. If your in a bad mood or have been woke up in the middle of the night tough that’s your job!

We are elderly and have had Northwest Community Health ambulances come to our house several times. In all cases, they have been professional, quick to start procedures to determine blood pressure, etc. and ask pertinent questions relating to the problem. They have done everything possible to make the patient comfortable and make sure the partner is up to date and will know where the patient is being transferred . We cannot say too many good things about their treatment. They have literally saved my husband's life. If you will prepare yourself now - before an emergency- with lists of your medication and ailments, they can better serve you when you do need their help. I keep an up to date list of both of our medications in my purse. If you take charge of your health information, they and all medical establishments can better serve you. I'd give them 10 stars.
