We couldn't be happier with the Troy and his crew with Guardian Roofing. Troy was so easy to work with and he turned out patio into our favorite part of the house now. His crew able to get the project done within a day and it came out better than I could have imagined!

Troy and his team provided an excellent roof installation with quality materials at a very fair price. The installation included waterproof barrier instead of felt and an ice barrier in the valleys to further protect against leaks. After the installation was done, every scrap of debris and trash was removed including running a magnet over the year to insure no nails were left. Excellent job! Service: Roof installation

I worked along side Troy for 5 months helping him with his day to day to work and helping him serve his clients. There are not enough words to describe this man. I watched him do every thing in his power to help his clients achieve their goals and help transform their homes. I listed to him on the phone all day non stop helping his customers get the help they needed, even when it wasnt something he handled. If you need anything done; Troy knows someone who can help you. Troy is on your side to help you throughout the entire process and does everything he can to make your life that much easier. He is a true fighter for all of his clients and wants to do everything he can for you. Let me start by saying that if I could give 6 stars, I would. This re-roofing experience was exceptional. Like many people, I looked forward to a roof replacement with the enthusiasm of a dental patient getting root canal without anesthesia. After reaching out to 7 or 8 places for bids, and only having on a few get back to me, John Despeaux (owner & veteran) reached out to me promptly, to begin what would become a seamless and incredibly pleasant roof replacement experience. John is a consummate professional, and truly cares about his clients and the customer experience. He was on time for his visits to review the roof, provided detailed insights into the damage that was sustained, and explained some of the ins and outs of the insurance process to me. His bid was reasonable, clearly explained, and during the entire process leading up to the actual replacement, he was always accessible (even after hours, because my schedule didn't allow me to talk much during normal hours). He even helped me with a few questions I had about insurance, and made sure I didn't make any obvious mistakes. On the day of the full roof replacement (including replacing much of the underlying rotten wood), his large and friendly crew was on time (early actually), and despite my doubts that they would finish in a day, they knocked out the entire project in a single day. They were absolutely relentless in their work pace, while also paying close attention to all of the details of the roof. They replaced broken clips, rebuilt all the wood framing around my chimney (was leaking), and paid close attention to the aesthetics of the shingles - making sure there were nearly laser straight lines for the shingles across the whole roof. To say I am pleased with the outcome is an understatement. I have had to do several roof replacements over the years, and always came way feeling like i had been fleeced by a carpet bagger that didn't give two shakes about me or my satisfaction, and were only concerned with getting paid and leaving. John and his team not only were there for me the entire time through the roofing process, but he came by personally afterwards, to make sure the finished roof was up to his standards, and came back a few weeks later to fix a small issue that came up (no fault of his), and fixed it for me. He is a quality individual, and if you are trying to find an honest, hard working, quality business and team to redo your roof, look no further.
