Our experience navigating this nutty real estate market was wonderful with Shelly-she was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and assertive for our needs both buying and selling. She also has a solid network with inspectors, appraisers, stagers, etc. in the area, so you are well-taken of throughout the process.
