    We are now halfway through the summer and I still can't use my pool cards. Right now I rent whiles we build and they do not make it easily accessible for renters to know any changes. I've been here for a few years and its always automatically worked. My landlord is in Mexico and can be hard to get in touch with which isn't their fault but if there are new forms needed for pool access those should be mailed out or some sort of letter letting all owners and renters know changes needed not stupid Facebook posts. I DON'T LIVE ON FACEBOOK. If there was something sent out it wasn't received here and I check mail daily for business. Regardless of that which is 100% a part of their customer service I have been messaging for 2 weeks now trying to get the correct paperwork needed and questions asked on if my landlord needs to sign anything. I have never got a response to my questions after my first inquiry. The lady who is suppose to be helping me is Elizabeth Carlile. Terrible terrible service. Maybe others are better at the branch but I've yet to see it. No one will call me back and not one of my last 6 emails have been answered. The call center is no help either.

    We didnt receive pool cards for this year, contact the Amenity Management Operation Services asking for resending it but there will be $25 charge per card. We pay HOA fees $1,000 per year and living in the Riata Ranch almost 10 years. Not happy with this management service.
