I was given advice by a friend at my gym to come see Forrest at Results Physiotherapy. My shoulder pain was increasing & i was protecting my arm from use. I hoped I could avoid more invasive measures by starting with PT.
Forrest & Daniel evaluated my shoulder and set me up with a series of exercises to strengthen my shoulder & return me to full use. After 2 weeks of regular therapy, my strength began to improve & I immediately found relief of my pain. As time progressed, my dexterity has returned. I would happily recommend Results PT (and have already done so). They are located right in Sterling Ridge, easy to schedule with, and reasonably priced.

I HIGHLY recommend Results Physiotherapy (Woodlands Pkwy location)! Forrest and his team were patient, encouraging, and professional. They maintained confidence and faith in my body's ability to recover even on the days when I didn't. I am so grateful for Forrest's expertise and for making my physical therapy journey comfortable and productive. I always felt listened to with pain boundaries which fostered trust and motivation to keep going!

I went in after months of neck and back pain after a car accident. Forrest and his team did amazing work! It took several weeks, but I finally got back to feeling great. They really do care about getting you back to a pain free life. Forrest is great about giving you the best care plan and explaining everything you need to do and why. He answered all my questions thoroughly.
I hope I don't need PT again, but if I do I'm going back to Results!
