Hi, This Todd Yeats. SpineTECH in The Woodlands is the absolute best. It starts with the girls in the front. Your family as soon as you walk in. They schedule perfectly there is no wait. The work as a team. I was seeing Dr. Yu and she fantastic. I was told by three Neurologist and one neuro surgeon that my stenosis and neuropathy was incurable. Dr. Yu introduced to Dr. Khan in their practice. He looked at my nerve test and said it was severe but he could help me. Fast forward i had my left leg and foot surgery yesterday. Its amazing the difference already. He gave me my life back. I already having back in my foot. I would go from walking on glass to couldn't feel my feet and fall. For years i had this problem. I'm can't believe the results over night. Neuropathy patients theirs hope. Go see the team at SpineTECH.

Truly make me feel like family. Dr. Yu really listened to me and helped me get on the right track. I haven't felt this good in 20 years. Also I love her support staff. Great team!

I wasnt offered abortive medication. I was given another medicine & I wasnt explained how to use it or what to expect from it. I placed a call shortly after requesting information on how to use the medication and the lady who answered wasnt anyone I was familiar with and was not polite. She forwarded me to a voicemail in which ive never received a return call. Not impressed with this facility and I searched high and low for a doctor. Very disappointing. Update: 4 weeks later still no return phone call after leaving messages. No one answers the phone 99% of the time and they tried to reschedule my appointment 3 times. While there they couldnt process bank cards properly for a patient. Then went on to have the same issue for me as well. They need to learn to work their machine properly. Also, the medicine I was distributed was to be kept cold and I was not made aware of this or educated on how to administer it. Shannon gave it to me and a pharmacist had to explain it to me and unfortunately the medicine was useless due to the temperature issue. Luckily I did not administer it and make myself ill. Update #2: Still have not received the medication the dr called in due to the pharmacy and myself not being able to reach this office. I drove to the office during business hours to attempt to handle this matter and another only to find the door locked and everyone gone for the day. No explanation as to why they were gone. Ive left more messages than I can count to no avail. They should have called me back about a procedure by now and I havent heard anything. I was told I would hear something about another matter by the end of the business day and never heard back. Changed my whole view of this office after the nightmare over these last couple of months. Update #3: Months later- no meds & no procedure scheduled. Never heard from them. Have dug a little deeper into this issue and found quite a bit of dirt, if you will, and this seems to be a common issue. Update #4: still no follow up call a year and a half later. No meds ever called in like discussed. Not Im being sent a $150 office visit bill for a visit I paid in full for with cash. I guess the receptionist stole the money?? Update #5: I responded in writing to Spinetech explaining I was one of many patients whom Shannon couldnt properly accept a card as payment. I returned and paid cash. She wasnt able to produce a receipt so I came home and began journaling this experience just incase we wound up in small claims court. I have now received a second notice to pay statement after my reply went ignored. I called Spinetech 8/10/23 and the line continued to ring until an automated voice came on and simply said good bye and hung up. This is such an unprofessional place of business and. Im not sure how they are still open. This statement has been sent to my attorney whom also cannot get a phone call answered.

Dr Khan is a great Droctor his work is great he fixed my nerve damage in my foot and no drop foot.i would recommend him for foot and nerve problems best when it comes to a nerve Podiatrist
