        Jason is the Man! Very knowledgeable and a upstanding professional. Due to my unique situation, I wasn't sure that I would get approved for a loan but Jason and his team made it happen. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a mortgage.

        The whole Higham Team has the loan process down. For the consumer, they get a true consultative approach to the best financing options and the why behind them. Buyers just dont get that type of involvement from a bigger bank lender. For the Realtors, Title Companies, Insurance, etc., the Higham Team communicates efficiently and often to keep everyone on the same page. I have never had a sale be delayed due to financing with the Higham Team. They are the best in the business for both the consumer and the real estate professionals. - DT
