A friend recommended Albert, and I wasn't sure as I have used one of your competitors in the past on other rental properties that I've had. I've got to tell you that Albert was the best by far. After talking with him on several occasions, I had no questions. He answered everything even before I asked and I would think to myself, "Oh right, never thought to ask...." He is a great realtor, too bad I don't have any more properties or I would surely send him my business!!!!

I have to thank and commend Albert Wade for his excellent representation and hosting of the open house for my property. He came well prepared with beautifully printed brochures on the listing and set up a great presentation table with a sign-in tab, business cards, and a welcome door hangtag inviting the guests to walk into the house. He was very professional, cordial, and keen on presenting my property in the best way. I loved his enthusiasm for showing my unique listing and for asking me about the particulars and points that he could educate the guests about and that would make my house stand out. Albert diligently followed up with the guests that visited the open house on the weekend. I look forward to working with him in the future again.
