I've been given the type of injections several times in the the past that I received in your office today for my sciatica pain. None were as effective as what you administered to me today. My pain is substantially diminished. Thank you very much. You are one of the rare doctors that actually alleviates what ails me when I leave your office. Terrible customer service, they could care less about their patients or their time. It's from the top, dr Jamil, down to the receptionist who can't bother to get off the phone to do her job. Don't waste your time, they sure will.

Impossible to get a hold of. I like everything in writing but they do not respond to messages on their own portal and then blame the portal or others for their short comings. They continue to try and bill me for an appointment that should have been fully covered by insurance but due to incompetence of the staff the insurance was never updated and the appointment claim unprocessed. Ive gotten one response a week later via phone telling me they were "sorry i was still being billed" but that they had resolved the insurance issue. And I am still receiving billing reminders. This office is a joke and needs to be reviewed as such. Find a better office that actually does their job because you wont find that here.
