This place is supposed to promote trust and healing. It is completely opposite. Specifically therapist joshlyn. I already had trust issues before coming here.. and after being discharged I have even more due to her. HIPAA doesnt apply here apparently. Im glad I invested in a lawyer when I first had the feeling they werent there to help me, but more against me. When I left residential I tried to fight so hard not to go back to this place, but was threatened with not being allowed to go back to work unless I did. The pro-Ts are amazing Ana, Alexus, Courtney, Rachel Trish and LaGretta. All AMAZING. Also therapist Amanda. Its unfortunate that the place they are working in is associated where trust with patients isnt a top priority. Coming from residential I feel like I REGRESSED. I dont feel like I moved forward with ANY progress with my treatment team. Unfortunately I feel like a dollar sign was placed on my forehead until I fought back enough for them to realize I wasnt giving into their BS. Once everything was called out, they decided to all bombard me with a meeting agreeing to discharge me today since I denied to comply with their requests to locate an outside team. Just beware. Going here is already opening vulnerability joshlyn took advantage of that for me.. and I will be fighting this with a legal team.

The individual therapist and dietitians were good, but the program itself was very disorganized and invalidating. It is supposed to be a place that makes you feel welcomed and help you heal, but it did the opposite.

As a professional working with ERC in the past, I'd have to say they are top class on facility, methodology, and continuity of care. Highly recommended!
