William A. Fridley, MD

I like a doc that I can sit down and talk to. Dr. Fridley fits that mold. He is a good listener and will answer my questions. I am glad that he is no longer with Genesis and has his own practice. He is now free to practice medicine the way it should be.

I have seen Dr Fridley once he seems to be a good doctor. After leaving his office I contacted his nurse to get a copy of my prescription for my medication. I called several times she never returned my call. After a week and a half I finally went to the office and ask for the description prescriptionFrom the receptionist the nurse came in and gave the receptionist the prescription who then turned around and gave it to me. No explanation why the nurse could not call me to help me with my prescription. I go to the VA for my medications and I called to get a copy of my prescriptions again, again it has been a week and a half I have not heard from the nurse. I have called about three times with no reply.If its going to be this hard just to get a copy of a prescription I will need to contact my Medicare and see if I can find a different doctor.

Dr. Fridley is a wonderful doctor. He listens and spends the necessary time with me to understand, diagnose, and treat my ailments. Dr. Fridley is not only professional, but treats me with respect and great compassion. His entire staff at Woodlands Diagnostic Clinic is top notch. Also props must be given to Brook Russell at Dr. Fridley's referral desk. Brook communicates exceptionally well, pays attention to detail and has quick follow through. Being sick is no fun, but I know that to Dr. Fridley and Woodlands Diagnostic Clinic, my health and I matter.

Dr. Fridley has been my doctor for over 20 years now. He has always been a good listener and has given me good care and medical advice. As far as I'm concerned, he will always be my Primary Care Physician.
