Had it ordered to be picked up. When we got there nothing had been prepared,could not find our order. A mess! Please tell your employees to leave their cell at home.!

I had a horrible experience this Night,Im literally crying for not been able to feed my two daughters this Night,Ive been a customer for 2yrs and I spend alot of money at this particular store because I live opposite it.So today I could only afford one basket of fries and beg the two managers to help my kids with some soda drinks,they told me no,what pained me the most was i thought I was a family since I go there every time,my soul is hurt, we couldnt get anything to eat.not happy,Im not greedy or entitled,but I felt so ashamed

Great place to take my Grands after we spent the afternoon at Rockford Discovery Museum. Very good service.

I would like someone to reach out to me in regards to management. This is very urgent and important. The way management treats their guests is just unacceptable, my grandmother is obviously elderly and was very mistreated today while giving McDonalds business!!! I would like to hear from somebody other than the management team at this location since they are obviously incompetent

I ask for cheese and my burger and didnt put it. The drive through and they kept freezing and they had me wait for 15 minutes and the workers were rude about it and didnt try to help us. Would not recommend.
