        The customer experience has really gone downhill here. Asked to try on a few shirts and the sales person (Timothy, older gentlemen) outright refused to let me. Perhaps he was only interested unless I was definitely buying or just plain racist. This was quite embarrassing especially as someone who is a loyal customer of Nordstrom. Odd thing is, I'm pretty sure I would have purchased at least one of the shirts. God only only knows how many others sales have been missed because of refusing to let customers try on clothing.
