The doctor made sure it was painless and everyone in the office was caring and attentive towards me during and after the procedure for the extraction of wisdom teeth.

Outstanding experience!! I called on a Friday afternoon in excruciating pain from a wisdom tooth removal the week before. My Oral surgeon couldnt get me in for 4 days, and I couldnt wait. The staff here was able to get me in quickly and everyone was so friendly! Dr Kupetz was patient, knowledgable, and extremely gentle with me. I never thought I could enjoy the dentist. Im switching over to his office and Ill never go anywhere else!

Avoid!!! I got poor dental crown service at this location. I contacted them multiple times trying to resolve the situation. Smile of Woodlands and Dr. Serge Kupetz didn't cooperate and tried to avoid responsibility giving me false information about steps taken to resolve Dr. Serge Kupetz's malpractice. That was setting a fake appointment with endodontics office. They called me at 10:26 A.M. to inform me about 10:30 A.M same day appointment. I had 4 minutes to be at the office from my home. I contacted with this endodontics office directly. The endodontics office never heard about Smile of Woodlands or Dr. Serge Kupetrz. Either they never heard about any appointments or service pre-payment made by Dr. Serge Kupetz as they require before treatment. The endodontics treatment Dr. Sege Kupetz promissed me to cover in full from his end. Finally, I am landed with $2730 endoscopic teatment after improperly installed crown for $1400, total $4130 instead of $1400. Dr. Serge Kupetz never informed me about any possible additional charges related to his poor service. He made me sure that he is a professional dentist and provides excellent service. More of tha as a dental professional he clearly understood what he is doing and what could be the consequeses. However, from the first visit to the Smile of Woodlands and Dr. Serge Kupetz's dental service, when he damaged my root canal nerve I am suffering from pain. My first visit was on 02/15/2024 today is 03/25/2024, I have been in pain for the last 40 days and Dr. Serge Kupetz does not care much. He is playing games offering fake appointments and paid treatments. The $2730 endodontics service could be easily prevented before crown installation. I mentioned to Dr. Serge Kupetz that I have pain multiple times during my visits. I had a total of 5 visits, 3 visits before crown installation, and 2 out of these 3 visits were visits due to poor temporary crown installation. All those visits I was in pain. The first temporary crown fell out the same day installed, the second crown fell out next day after the installation. Only a third temporary crown was properly installed and lasted till the permanent crown arrived. Until today I have not received any documents in writing showing the service provided and service warranty. The 10-year crown warranty I got only from the words of Dr. Serge Kupetz but as reality showed his words are just the words of a dishonest person nothing else. So do not get fooled!!! Requested full refund for poor dental crown installation and did not get any response. Will update here about the finall rsult.

Their comforting demeanor and genuine concern for my well-being made the experience significantly less daunting. Once the extraction was completed, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Kupetz and his team had prepared a thoughtful gift bag for me, filled with an assortment of Listerine products. This small gesture demonstrated their attention to detail and dedication to their patients' oral health, even beyond the procedure itself. Leaving the clinic, I couldn't help but smile not just because the wisdom tooth extraction was successful, but because of the exceptional care I had received from Dr. Kupetz, Christina, Annie, and Janie. Their commitment to providing top-notch dental care and their genuine kindness truly set Smile of The Woodlands apart from any other dental practice. Without a doubt, I have found my primary dentist in Smile of The Woodlands. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.
