This place has gone DOWNHILL since Dr. Ken left and now we know why. We spent a significant amount of money there and were long time patients. Darla and Giselle are so sweet and they know us. The problem is the new Dr. Dr. Suzanne was rude to both me and my husband in response to the business taking way too long to complete a simple request. She responded to me on Facebook messenger rudely and adjusted it to where I couldnt respond. I was wondering why my husband no longer wanted to continue treatment there, its because he didnt like the new Dr. and now I understand why. There were no apologies from her, but only from the owner who really seemed to care. No wonder why they are short staffed, I wouldnt want to work with her either!
