Absolutely fantastic company! The bids are fair. The work is beautiful! They go over and above the call of duty. We had a team of workers off and on over several months. They are all courteous, conscientious, and they clean up after themselves! We couldn't be happier! We had a long list and they helped us out with all of it. I had a roofing & gutter installation done by these guys. They put industrial oversized gutters on my small house and it's flooding my lawn minimum of 4 to 7 in and under my house destroyed my ac ducts when I was told that the drainage would be let off the property and it was not. Apparently the salesman Zach must have had a lapse in memory when he fed me that pipedream. The gutter Guy he said they don't tell me the details..DETAILS matter! Also, there is a small rear roof where are the fascia board that they replaced does not meet the decking and the shingles are pointed in different directions. I mentioned this within a month after they did the roof and it's been about 8 months and I still haven't been able to get them to repair it. Also, when they were slamming the old shingles on another part of the roof my light covers slammed down into the ground and broke and they weren't responsible for that, so keep that in mind. As well as you may want to keep an eye on the roofers because when they're throwing the old shingles down to ensure they don't mark up the paint on your house carelessly throwing the old shingles over the edge. Other than that they did a pretty decent job on the repair for the most part. It's just a couple things that I'm not very happy about and no one's made an effort to rectify the situation. They did come back and spot paint the house and reattach the poles with brackets as I requested. They really are a good group of people for the most part. I just wish I could get them to take care of the loose ends that are causing my yard to flood & the rear roof issue is over the electrical. It would have been nice when they heard the complaints instead of just rattling ask what they could do to rectify the situation or like professionals tell me what they were going to do to rectify the situation. But so far NADA!! Service: Roof installation
