        Stopped by for a tour and loved the neighborhood. Huge yards, every home gets a two car garage, and the team was very friendly.

        Screw this place. All they do is go up on rent! When I move here 3 years ago I paid $1895. Now they want to charge me $2425 plus $13 for pest control which was $5 last year. Also lawn care that was $20 last year now they wanna charge $25. Screw this place its not worth it. If we dont stand up against these corporate thugs they will always get over on us.
