        Ordered pizza yesterday took over an hour to get delivered then when it got delivered one pizza wasn't even in the box and the pizza they did send was wrong. Been trying to call to get a refund and they do not answer the phone!!

        I ordered my Pizza from the Papa Johns Website and order was approved and accepted. After 50 minutes of waiting, I get a call that the address came up as their own. Ive had this happen now twice with the previous the order after receiving my address was delivered, but this time the employee tells me he cant help me and that I need to order from another location. Ive also ordered from this location on numerous occasions and have had pizza delivered, but all of the sudden after waiting for the pizza to be delivered Im being told that they cant help me. Poor customer service and assistance in the order. After it all, the employee decided to also hang up the phone on me with no additional assistance.
