The employees at Rust Ewing are always outgoing and friendly. In today's digital world it is refreshing to talk to someone who comes across just like a close neighbor. They always have our back and any request we have is met with a quick response. Whether you are dealing with Angie Lopez, Amanda Plummer, Gloria Summers, Karen Blankenship, or Patty Garnett you are always assured of getting someone who can take care of business and put a smile on your face. Nothing beats a cheery voice when having to deal with an insurance company.

We chose to work with Texas First this year after having been with our current agent for many years because they do understand the difficulties on all the different wording on the certificates. They were more competitive in pricing. Amanda & Gloria are always professional and get me my COI's in hours. I can email a question and get a response quickly - usually within less than an hour. They are a great group.

We own a plumbing company and had to reach out to Texas First Insurance for an issue we were having with a customer due to a defective manufacturer product. Angie Lopez has been wonderful.
