They fire over poor reviews apparently, which seems like a great reason to rate this establishment even lower. Thankfully for them, I cannot give negative stars. The atmosphere is horrible when you take that into consideration. The food is also mediocre. I would not recommend this pretentious facade of a restaurant to anybody coming to Texas City. Vegetarian options: Bland and tasteless

Went in for my birthday with some friends on a Wednesday night around 8, we were a big group of 12. We had Nicole as our waitress and it was overall the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. From the beginning to end everything was horrible. Our drinks were sitting at the bar for 30-45 minutes until our waitress decided to bring them out to us. A draft beer took 30 minutes to get to the table. Our appetizers all took an hour to hit the table. Nicole took all of our orders in details and repeated them to us several times, when the food finally came out after 2 hours of us being there everything was wrong. Half of our table didnt even get their food because Nicole rang in the wrong entrees and when we asked her about it her excuse was that the computer didnt have a button for what we ordered (despite it being on the menu clear as day) so she just rang in something similar. When all the orders had wrong sides she blatantly told us that there were too many options so she just started clicking stuff All of us at the table are servers/bartenders so we tried to be lenient but there was no excuse, it was just laziness at that point. The other half of our tables food came out cold and soggy, cheeseburgers with no cheese on them, wrong side orders, etc etc. We finally got a manager involved because there were too many things that went wrong, German came to our table not sure if he was the manager but he was very apologetic and comped our meals for us because we had such a horrible experience. Nicole never came back to the table not once to apologize or check on us after we sent back the food, she was very unprofessional and does not belong in the food industry service AT ALL. Whoever the GM of this restaurant is needs to fire her and realize theyre losing out on money because of her mistakes!! (The guy who came to our table said this was not the first time this has happened with this particular waitress) Overall, we could have understood if the restaurant was at least a little busy but it was so dead in there we could hear a pen drop so there was just no justifying the situation.

We seated ourselves sat there for 15 minutes. No one waited on us so we took our business else where.
