Ew, yuck. Booked two nights. The pictures look great. Feel you want to feel yucky book here. Room smells horrible. You get one flat pillow each. 2 towels for 4 people. Was told more towels were on the way. Never showed. Random residents hanging out in the hallways. After one night we forfeited out money and went down the road to the Hampton. Cheaper and cleaner.

I know you get what you paid for but this was worse than expected. To start this review my family and I entered the establishment to be greeted with a nose full of marijuana. We understand that workers are allowed smoke breaks and such so we continued with our interaction with the hotel receptionist. Be aware that we booked a 2 queen room 3 months in advance, they could not find our booking and then they tried to fit my family of 4 in a single queen room. When we did not take the single bed offer they "magically" found a room to accommodate us. At this point we were all tired and just ready to take showers and go to bed. We walked through to the elevators and the weed smell was still persistent all the way up to the room. When in the room the AC was useless and we ended up opening up the window and fridge to keep the room as cool as possible. Least to say we were not pleased and will not return.

I only was going to be out of the room for an hour during lunch, and had to have it cleaned during that time, as I'm busy with work. Aerial in the front office expedited it PERFECTLY, with a great attitude and professionalism. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel for a price like this, you have unrealistic expectations from the start and you need professional help most likely. However, if you're looking for a good deal on a decent room, this is perfect. I had a situation where I'm waiting on the right house to be ready for me to purchase and needed a bed and a shower for a couple months until my house is ready, and this is working perfectly, so far after 2 weeks. 5 stars for great customer service from Aerial.

The room itself was very clean and smelled great. But the hallway smell like dogs. The girls at the front desk were very nice. The hotel is set up for working people who needs a place to stay while out of town.
