        I am not sure what's going on with Mr.Hale, but he seems extremely drunk when I see him. I heard him talking to a patient and he was slurring his words and talking nonsense. He even started yelling at some poor lady. Luckily he isn't my dentist. Everyone else I have met is very kind. My kid is the one that goes here and the doctor he sees is very gentle and friendly. Thank you all for good service, but Mr.Hale needs help.

        I was unhappy with service today only because my crown didnt fit now whos fault was that and the doctor said the lab I think the doctor had a part in that to and then as the assistant Karen is putting my temporary in she drops a tool on my face and boy did that hurt and I didnt hear a sorry or anything. I feel these doctors need to really hear there patients out on our concerns when your talking to them about something they just nod there head and then walk out tell me something I dont think thats good bed side manners
