        Came to cash a 23k check that is a TFB check and they want to charge me almost $350 to cash it. Manager was rude. Teller was nice.

        Came to the la marque branch and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE said a word to me!!! Had to push the button to see if they were even open. Horrible customer service, I will definitely will not be back here!!!!?
