        New to the area and for some reason being a new applicant you have to wait in a special line which takes over 45min for you to get serviced. Update: I have an autopay set up and they didn't take the money out my account then charged me a late fee only 2 days after my due date. Update part 2: My late fee was refunded, after talking to 3 different reps. Every time I call someone picks up. 3 stars.

        Been calling and sent email to find out if PG west still under water boil alert sent out yesterday. Its 1600 hrs next day, sitting on phone waiting to talk to someone and nothing. I guess since it closes at 1700 hrs my call is being ignored. I guess if I owed money they would answer to snatch my money from me. Ugg!

        Truly I have lived in other states and city where the government departments and water companies want to work with you not against you when there is water and sewer issues in your neighborhood. To add the manager is very condescending and not willing to help or direct you in other areas that can work or help your issue to NOTE these departments within the city are the same who give permits and then there is issues with the approval they gave makes you wonder who looks over these to approvals in my opinion should be the ones liable for the issue.
